MAIN TASKS:

  1. Planning and Management:

    • Develop detailed action plans for customer development, brand development, and market expansion.

    • Coordinate with regional sales operations to implement and achieve sales and operational targets.

  2. Implementation and Compliance:

    • Collaborate with sales operations to execute marketing and sales support activities.

    • Ensure compliance with display standards, planograms, and effective use of promotional materials.

  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain good relationships with supermarket management and partners.

    • Handle customer complaints and support the implementation of solutions to improve customer service quality.

  4. Budget and Resource Management:

    • Assist in monitoring and optimizing the use of budgets and resources.

    • Manage risks to achieve overall objectives related to revenue, market share, distribution, and product visibility.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Major:

  • University degree

  • Preferably major in marketing, business administration.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of specialized work experience in multinational companies or large-scale companies in the dairy, food, or fast-moving consumer goods industry, with a preference for the dairy sector.

  • At least 2 years of equivalent experience in companies with large-scale operations, with a preference for roles related to managing supermarket channel customers or convenience stores.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience and knowledge in managing business activities related to supermarkets or (chain) convenience stores; particularly interacting with supermarket channel customers, including purchasing departments and buying teams.

  • Understanding of brand management and product categories within supermarkets (or convenience store chains).

  • Analytical skills, business planning, and budget management.

  • Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to build and develop cooperative relationships with customers and partners.

Other Requirements:

  • Proficient in office computing.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Honest, team-oriented.

  • Able to handle high work pressure and work beyond regular hours.
