General Information:

  • Responsible for overseeing compliance with processes and criteria related to sales activities across the company’s business channels.

  • Collaborate with relevant parties to identify potential risks, develop plans, and improve processes and criteria related to sales compliance. Propose measures, criteria for inspection, control, and evaluation to enhance the effectiveness of the sales system.

  • Continuously collect, analyze, inspect, and report on processes related to sales activities to improve sales compliance both in the field and in the office. By closely collaborating with business support teams such as Business Operations, System Development, Trade Support, Customer Service, Marketing, distributor owners, partner store owners, and sales managers of channels like General Trade, Modern Trade, Direct to Consumer, etc., support the manager in identifying potential risks and ensure all identified risks are addressed with clear, actionable improvement plans.

  • This position is also responsible for developing and implementing standardized business methods and processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance, maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Job Details:

  • Risk Monitoring and Evaluation: Conduct compliance assessments for Distributors and Partner Stores according to signed contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and effectiveness across all sales channels. The main objective is to identify risks and ensure compliance, thereby improving operational integrity and adherence to legal and company standards. Conduct compliance criteria assessments for Distributor employees and Sales staff (Alphashop, Product Introduction Stores, Supermarkets) as per regulations. Participate in warehouse and equipment investment evaluations for distributor candidates; survey locations for opening Partner Stores as per current regulations.

  • Support and Consultation: Provide consultation and support to Distributors, Store Owners, Distributor staff, and Sales staff across channels in implementing signed contract terms, regulations, and processes as required by the Company. Assist Distributors in finding solutions to effectively utilize infrastructure and transportation means at the Distributor; advise and support Distributors in optimizing delivery and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.

  • Process Improvement and Compliance: Regularly review and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and compliance. Develop innovative solutions to streamline operations and optimize performance. Achieve efficient, effective, and compliant sales activities, leading to improved performance indicators and operational excellence.

  • Other Related Tasks: Perform other related tasks as required by the Sales System Monitoring and Compliance Control Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing distributors in consumer goods companies.

  • Ability to perform complex analysis, report analysis, and synthesis, and prepare reports.

  • Ability to think critically, provide recommendations, and propose improvements.

  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to various audiences and achieve consensus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and DMS systems.

  • Willingness to travel.

Preferred Requirements:

  • University degree in fields related to administration, operations, finance, and control.

  • Honesty and integrity.

  • Knowledge of Power BI.
