JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in on-premise channels (such as restaurants, cafes, and hotels).
Manage partnership agreement payments and budgets.
Analyze the region and account-specific data to understand how they affect our business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key On Premise partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective distribution and visibility of Vinamilk products.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize performance.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage promotional activities and negotiate terms with partners.
Monitor market trends and maintains data on competition.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND PROFESSION:
- Bachelor Degree
- Priority is given to majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Economics, Foreign Trade or related Economics majors.
- Fluent in English OR Russian OR Korean
EXPERIENCE:
- Have 3 - 6 years of experience in sales, sales management for Key Account, Horeca, On-premise customer groups... in practice at multinational companies/large-scale companies in the consumer goods industry Fast food/food industry or equivalent.
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Have good knowledge of sales in the field of food/fast-moving consumer goods, especially knowledge and understanding of special customer channels (Key Account/Anchor Account) and types of direct consumer customers ( On-premise)
- Have basic knowledge of marketing and building trade support activities (trade marketing).
- Have knowledge of implementing business strategies.
- Ability to analyze and plan.
- Good skills in negotiation.
- Good communication/presentation/persuasion skills
