As the HRBP Manager for Sales, your pivotal role involves overseeing human resources operations. You will implement HR activities aligned with our strategic goals, ensuring policy adherence across all levels. Collaborating with department heads, you will monitor our headcount plan and manage staffing for the Sales team. As a change advocate, you will identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive performance improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Propose and implement appropriate HR strategies to meet the requirements and strategic objectives of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Sales Department. Provide strategic HR advice to leadership, assist in developing and implementing HR strategic plans to ensure compliance and effective, transparent operations.
- Talent Acquisition and Training Support: Ensure efficient recruitment and training processes, ensuring high-quality workforce needs are met and specific job requirements are fulfilled.
- Performance Management and Career Development: Evaluate and manage employee performance, provide support in developing career plans and advancement pathways for individuals.
- Employee Relations: Support in resolving HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Foster and maintain a positive organizational culture, promoting collaboration and creativity. Collaborate with relevant departments to identify and implement retention strategies for top performers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in HR roles, FMCG, with a focus on supporting sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics and HR concepts.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative HR solutions to support business objectives.
- High integrity, honesty, motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficient in using MS. Office
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
