JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to the CEO and Executive Director - Human Resources Administration & PR for legal matters related to Vinamilk’s operations and its subsidiaries and affiliates. This includes:

  1. Planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring specialized legal tasks within the relevant departments.

  2. Planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and directing intellectual property asset management and legal issues arising from regular operations, investments, and corporate governance of the company, its subsidiaries within the group, and affiliated units.

  3. Organizing tasks to protect and ensure legal rights and legitimate interests during regular operations, investments, and corporate governance of the company, its subsidiaries within the group, and affiliated units; ensuring the maintenance and protection of the company’s intellectual assets.

  4. Deploying, monitoring, directing, and guiding other tasks related to law enforcement, compliance with laws, or internal regulations to control and evaluate compliance in enforcing legal provisions and internal regulations; preventing legal risks and resolving legal issues to contribute to the stability of production, business, investment projects, and corporate governance.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education & Qualifications

  • Graduated from a university with a major in Law.

  • Preferably postgraduate (master’s or doctoral) degrees in Law or possessing a lawyer’s professional certificate.

2. Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance/legal or regulatory fields within large-scale enterprises (VNR500) or as a legal consultant in a law firm; including at least 5 years of practical management experience in the Compliance/Legal or Regulatory Department of an enterprise (VNR500) or a law firm.

3. Specialized Knowledge & Skills

  • General knowledge of economic, civil, labor, and administrative law.

  • Preferably, legal knowledge related to corporate governance, investment, intellectual property, production, business, domestic/international trade in the food or fast-moving consumer goods sector, and real estate for industrial, commercial, and service activities.

  • Basic understanding of business administration and enterprise management.

  • Logical thinking, problem analysis, and resolution skills.

  • Effective communication, clear presentation skills.

  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks.

  • Teamwork and independent work capabilities.

  • Negotiation, argumentation, and persuasion skills.

  • Organizational management, training, and team development skills.

4. Other Requirements
